Moving and training

I think my two year old is ready to potty train but I don’t know where to start. Are there any suggested books on the subject? Also, we will be moving in April so should I wait until after moving? I’d assume this could at the very least cause a regression.

👋☺ Hi! As a professional potty training coach I recommend getting started asap if your child is showing signs of readiness. You could be completely DONE by April. Best to accomplish this now before the interest fades. Most toddlers are developmentally, physically & cognitively ready to begin potty training between 18 months and 2 years old. ✌ Anything much older than that and a toddler will become "set in their ways" and it just gets harder and harder to break the child of the old habit of using a diaper or pull-up to pee & poop in. The longer we wait it just gets progressively harder with each passing month. Here's a quick potty training video that will help you navigate thru this and help you determine when your child is ready to begin potty training and the signs of readiness to keep an eye out for so you dont miss your child's ideal window of opportunity. https://youtu.be/-TrGQi7r8gI
