@Farah and he didn’t have any side effects? I’m just worrying about giving it to her but her sleep is awful :😞 she is 3 years old xx
IF SHE'S AUTISTIC I WOULDN'T SAY TAKE THEM LONG TERM CAUSE FOR SOME REASON THEIR BODY WILL BASICALLY NOT GET SLEEPY OR REJECT IT. I WOULDN'T EVER SAY IT'S GOOD FOR EXTENDED USE ON ANYONE TO MUCH OF IT CAN I FACT DISRUPT YOUR BODIES NATURAL MELATONIN MAKING INSOMNIA EVEN WORSE MIXED WITH SLEEP REGRESSION WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE A THING.
@Mimie No, he didn’t. And I don’t give him every night. Sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night and doesn’t go back to sleep then I give him to fall back asleep. I would say try with 1mg and see it works for her. I hope she is gonna be ok with it. Good sleep can make so much progress in their development.
My non verbal autistic son was prescribed for melatonin in October 2023. He also struggles to fall and stay asleep. I give him sometimes and it helps to fall and stay asleep. How old is your daughter?
