Adjusting to sibling

Hey my sweet baby girl has turned into a tiny terror since I had her brother . Any tips on 2 under 2? I don’t want her to feel left out but she’s 13 months and he’s 1 month so my hands are full.

I’m exactly the same as you! A 13 month old and a 1 month old. My baby used to be a sweet angel playing independently all the time. Now he throws tantrums and wants to always be on top of me

Yesssss !!! Like had a set routine and schedule and now it’s more like back to square one. The tantrums just started too! Have you had any luck with reducing them yet?

@Christine

I wonder if it’s just the age group 🤔. My 13 month has all of a sudden became a little diva who needs it her way. She has older siblings and is very spoiled. She is just now showing it

I have a 14 month old and a one month old. I didn't have this issue with my 14 month old. I made sure to explain everything to her and include her in everything. Maybe she's jealous. Have her help you with the baby. Let her hand you the baby diapers, wipes, bottles. She might just need to feel included.

@Nickee I believe so (the jealousy), it just threw me for a loop because prior to delivery we introduced the idea of a little brother via doll to . I try including her but he was a nicu baby and it’s like that month apart , she slowly changed .

Yup. Same boat. My first just turned a year in December (obviously) and I just had my 2nd two weeks ago. My first has been throwing fits and being crabby a lot. Fighting naps and just losing it. We are switching him from bottles to sippy cups, still has a bottle for nap time. We have different colors for each of them so he doesn’t get too mad with my 2nd also has a bottle.
