I only work out twice a week but have carried on. I haven't pushed myself with the weights I'm lifting though as I did one time and after had quite a lot of cramping and then I read that the cramping after exercise can mean you've over done it and need to rest. So now I'm working out but not pushing myself to the limit, just trying to keep moving and keep some strength 😬
I definitely do less just have been feeling so tired, but trying to do as much as I can. Hoping to pick up more once the first trimester is done. You can push yourself as much as it feels ok for you :)
I nearly spewed in the gym today 🤢🤢. Had to take a moment to sort myself out 🤣🤦🏻♀️. I work with a physio/pt each week as I have bad knees and they both said that there's no reason why I can't continue to do exactly the same exercises and that it's really good to keep active
