Is this at the throw out stage or is it good to throw in a smoothie or something? I don’t like to waste food I unfortunately forgot about them because they were so tiny 😭😭

🫣🫣 right, so the fact that we couldn’t recognize them means that they probably belongs to the bin now 🥲 or you can throw them in the garden or flower pot if u have it to feel less guilty from wasting them 🫠
Assuming there is no visible mould (kinda hard to tell in the video) I would smell them, if they don’t smell mouldy or off then you’re prob fine to use in a smoothie - although if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding I wouldn’t risk it 😬
