Milk bottle residue - is this normal?

I had to see a GP yesterday and my baby needed feeding at the time. She was rather unhelpful and told me that the residue inside my babies bottle was not normal, but didn’t tell me why or what to do… Does anyone else have residue in their bottles like this? It was during a feed. I use Dr Browns bottles, cold water steriliser and I had pre-made the bottle then heated it up in a jug of water (bottle was made an hour and a half beforehand). Is it bad?

Do you make the bottle up in cold water? The formula dissolves better in warm water. Looks like little bits of undissolved formula? Shame the dr wasn’t more helpful.

@Hannah Nope hot water, 25 mins after the kettle has boiled.

Maybe not mixing it as well? I use the bottles with Hipp formula (and aptamil previously) and would get bits in when i didn’t mix it enough. People often swirl instead of shake to get bubbles out but it often doesn’t mix well enough

I mix it with a spoon then give it a shake before I put it in the fridge when I make bottles x
