Vitamins
Are you giving your little ones vitamins? How old are they and how are you giving them? My LO has just stopped having milk at bedtime in which we gave him his vitamins so I'm not not sure a) if he needs them and b) how do I give them now he's not having milk?

We do the abidec ones for our May 23 LG, straight into her mouth from the syringe provided every night before milk.

19 months old, he still has milk morning and evening but I put his vit drops in his weetabix every morning with a mashed banana to hide the taste.
