make sure to add the item to your wishlist first and move to your basket from there

I think it depends when you make your wishlist, I remember having to wait a few weeks to be eligible for the free gift. I think it’s to try and avoid people setting up a gift list, immediately receiving the free gift then not using it
I have had the same problem. Everything is eligible and added from my wishlist. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund the amount once I have received it. Then I realised the order isn’t coming until 4th March 🤦🏼♀️ might be worth getting in contact with them because I think this is quite a common problem!
@Sarah I've been signed up for a few months now and ordered quite a lot of bits here and there. I think it's just being glitchy

Hey, I had the same at the time and they just refunded me buying the gift I wanted outright. One thing I’ve also noticed on the wish list is that if you have the item in your basket it won’t work - that includes the ‘save for later’ so if the gift you want is in saved for later delete it and try again

We got ours, we ordered the nuby rapid cool set and also added the tommee tippee nappy bin and got that for free, i’ve seen people get it with mam bottles too ☺️
