Morning Sickness

I am 9 weeks 1 day pregnant and i think morning sickness has finally hit , can anyone recommend anything to help? x

Anything ginger. Lemon and ginger tea is a great way to settle stomach without being too overpowering. Other than that it's just working out your own triggers and avoiding them really. Fingers crossed it passes soon for you 🤞🏽🤞🏽

I had a pack of rich tea biscuits by my bed and as soon as I opened my eyes in the mornings I had one, helped me loads. I couldn’t have ginger as I had heartburn from really early on and it made me feel like I’d swallowed lava. Also yoghurt drinks to take all my tablets was a life saver as it was heavier than milk so lined my stomach more esp with my heartburn 🫠 I found really really plain stuff helped; rich tea biscuits, toast with just butter etc. I swapped to decaf tea and it also made my sickness less xx

Congrats on ur pregnancy.. ohh no lol now thats 1 thing i dont miss haha… hope it passes for u soon if u anything like me with ur pregnancy then hugs to u.. i was sick for the early start right up to 5 months constantly sickness it was awful it was that bad it turnt in to HG then stopped thank goodness i tryed ginger biscuits helped an glass of milk , then the remaining of 4 months till the end i had bad heartburn xxx

Congratulations 🥰 eat little & often, rest when you can & hot tea mama do some tea to help with morning sickness called morning rescue which may help. Hope it passes for you soon x
