Take a good prenatal or postnatal vitamin! You should do that for about 2 years after having baby to help your body get back to baseline. Also massaging your scalp while shampooing can help!

I'm facing the same problem and have started taking collagen as well as the prenatal that I was already taking. I can't comment on its effectiveness yet, as it's been less than a week.
My doctor told me to keep taking the prenatal vitamins and I still take them. Oil treatments for hair and scalp helped as well. I’m going through this as well but it’s not as bad. My daughter is 1yr old. Stress plays a part of hair loss. I hope it helps.
