How to handle the exhaustion
Hi all, congrats on your pregnancies and happy to be here with you! Looking for some tips on how you’re handling the exhaustion of the first trimester. I’m in the heart of it now at 9 weeks, and am finding it hard to work/keep up with my toddler/function in general, especially after 4pm.
I’ve tried Ginger tea, mid-day walks outside and lots of water, but still consistently get hit with a wall of exhaustion in late afternoon.
Do you have any tips/things that have worked or are working for you? TIA!
My doctor has me taking 150mg of iron and it's helped a lot
