It’s brilliant. There are postnatal Pilates classes available where you can take your baby. I went to one where the instructor picked up the babies if they were crying, you could stop to breastfeed if you needed to, and we all stayed behind for a drink and a chat afterwards. And the best bit - the Pilates helps to rehabilitate your body!
It is extremely important for your recovery to exercise and those course will give perfect guidance r, knowing your needs, what you should and should not do, also there are only mums and no problem if baby cries or needs a feed
I think Pilates with my baby or yoga with my baby would be amazing!
