Getting worried

Hi. I’m pregnant with my second baby, I think I’m around 8 weeks. I’ve had cramping on/off all weekend, a sense of fullness. The pain is like, up from my belly button rather than period pains. It’s the weekend and I’m not sure if I need to contact anyone, and if so who? Would it just be an a&e visit? For context, I also have an ovarian cyst at 10cm and recently diagnosed with stage 4 endo.
