@F it’s very frustrating xx
When you got it prescribed after your positive test was it nhs?
Yes nhs although I had to ask the gynae at my appointment prior to the pregnancy if I can take it as soon as I got a positive and the risks associated etc etc. otherwise they would have stuck to giving it after a heartbeat was found x
@F I seem just to get put to the lady on the phone and tries to fob me off! Can you buy cyclogest online do you know
:( that’s so annoying, I had a similar battle and it’s so frustrating. Unfortunately, maybe go to a private clinic initially if you can. I used Plan Your Baby for pregnancy monitoring for the first trimester but you could always use them for the first month and then continue under the nhs.
@F what is plan your baby? X

They are a Fertility and Pregnancy Telehealth clinic. Check out their services, I used the pregnancy monitoring service and found it extremely reassuring considering my history of MCs.
I was told the same with my second pregnancy but after seeing the gynae after 3 miscarriages, I was prescribed it this time as soon as I got a positive test. Sadly the nhs is reluctant to give it prior to seeing a heartbeat usually but due to my history of MCs got it straight away and private clinics prescribe it straight away regardless so not sure why nhs is always long winded.
