I got pretty good with a back pack on. Car seat in one arm. Toddler in the other arm. The adjustments of out of car seat was rough but getting better at it with our second sitting up better on her own. But we exceed the car seat at 6 months due to my physical abilities. The hip carrier helps too

Just had my 2nd 15m after my first fully winging it

Wear the infant and hold toddler's hand/carry Double stroller Stroller with a riding board attachment But the double stroller is a win for going out alone

Double stroller and it was easier than I thought it would be. The only thing would be checking if the buses in your area require for strollers to be closed on the bus and checking for elevator wherever you’re going.

Took a long time for me to do it on my own and it was only for the trolly around my area that makes it’s way to a park near my area but like others mentioned a back carrier, side messenger diaper back and a compact stroller like the Joolz aer+ w/ the seat attachment once I get tired of baby wearing or check the Kuki Twin literal life saver super compact double stroller or another option the strolee double which is similar to the silver cross jet double! Good luck it gets easier the more you do it if you can have a family member help you out a couple times it helps build so much confidence l!

Oooo also if you don’t mind baby wearing and your toddler is ok with walking a front carrier plus a Gb pockit and just put some back pack straps is one of the ways I initially did it for short trips to the park etc :)
