Pregnancy vitamins

I was taking pregnacare, however my nausea is really bad too the point taking them make me heave and sometimes be sick, I was just wondering if there’s different ones I can take that are maybe smaller or gummies instead of a tablet type one?? If anyone has any recommendations I will be forever grateful 🥰❤️

My midwife in my first pregnancy told me to please save my money and stop taking pregnacare. The store brand Pregnancy vitamins are just as good and so much cheaper. I used the Asda ones then and now with my second pregnancy (with omg3 tablets too as I'm vegetarian). The body can only absorb so much, and if they're making you more nauseous too, definitely switch to your local supermarket brand.

Just take folic acid and vitamin d. Two separate ones x

I could not take any tablets as I would just bring them back up, I use the bassets pregnancy gummy’s now and they work wonders and have never made me feel sick. They are on the more expensive side, but so worth it

Thank you ladies will have a look when I go shopping xx

I use wild nutrition. 😊

I’m on proceive

Pop to Holland and Barrett they have different options. They made me feel awful too, once I got to 12 weeks I stopped. Midwife said it's fine!

I’ve heard loads of people who got more sick / nauseous with them! I just take Tesco own brand ones with an omega 3,6,9 supplement alongside!

Vitamins are a maze, I have pregnacare but they are massive. Not a clue what else to take
