This exact same thing happened to me! I was on it for years and had no periods at all then went back on after my first baby (in 2017!) and bled constantly 😩 I ended up having to go on the combined pill to stop the constant bleeding despite me being too high risk to have it 🙃

@Jessica it’s awful isn’t it! We get married in 4 months and then go on our honeymoon so I desperately want to sort it out! I’m high risk too for the combined pill. Only allowed the mini pill. It sucks honestly. I just want the bleeding to stop!! How long were you on it before you gave up?xx

I loved the combined pill but turns out I shouldn’t have ever been allowed it so that’s just a no go now ☹️ I tried it for a good 4-6 months at least and it never improved unfortunately! Could you get a coil instead? I ended up staying off contraception for a while after my second baby then getting the copper coil and that worked better for me! Xx

I'm having a similar problem, although not quite so bad. Was on it for 10 years with no periods after the first couple of months. Came off it to have my first, then went back on and the same - no periods. Had my second baby 6 months ago and went back on it at my 6 week appointment. Have had random bleeds since then, sometimes lasting 2 weeks at a time. Not heavy but just light bleeding for days and days. It's so annoying! Not sure why this time is different!

@Terri it’s driving me insane. I had no problems when I was on it prior to having the kids and now it’s non stop bleeding😴😴xx

@Jessica I was on the wait list for the coil but bottled it and didn’t go😂😂I might just come off contraception all together. I only went on it to see if it would stop my periods like it did before I had the kids but NOPE😂🤢xx
