Child maintenance

I have a 16.5 year old daughter , me and her dad are trying to sort out maintenance. CSA is saying he’s to pay £100 a week. He’s approached me with £35 a week as he pays her phone bill , a hobby and gives her £5 for collage 3 days a week so totals £200 a month. So he sees that as he gives £85 a week I also give her £5 for college , plus additional money and buy clothes food toiletries etc . I understand some money for her things can come out of maintenance but not the full amount if that makes sense . I am also 26 weeks pregnant with a new partner and not working. What would you say is fair ?

I dare you to come up with an itemised bill on everything that you spend regarding your daughter.. Food shopping.. Electric.. Internet.. Gas.. The clothes she wears The shampoo, conditioner, washing stuff Snacks And everything you pay for her Let's see how much THAT amounts to 😂

Could he get her a bank card and put money on there for her to buy clothes and toiletries etc and spending money so he’s more financially responsible for her in that way? Although you wouldn’t get money in your pocket, it’s relieving you of paying for the majority of her stuff

He's her father! Money should have no bounds, not saying that parents should be showering their kids with money or be the 'bank of mam & dad' or anything like that. However, he should not have a checklist, or maybe he just doesn't want you to have the money?🤷🏼‍♀️
