Did they say that you were a high risk pregnancy? Typically that’s a test or screening to help monitor your babies heart functioning. Did they say anything to you about there being any issue when they did the last ultrasound or listen to the heartbeat? Do you have a history of cardiac issues?

Also, that has to be frustrating when your doctors aren’t communicating with you. I was put at high risk. I was seeing my regular OB/GYN and high risk OB/GYN. It seemed like several times a month. I’m happy that they were very communicative towards me. I get stressed out if I don’t have all the information and I know sometimes and doctors aren’t really great about giving out information sometimes.

@Tasha Not to me directly but every visit has been under the name “ high risk nst “ now . My last ultrasound they said he possibly had a small hole but I got an echo done & everything was fine . I didn’t start seeing the high risk until they kept sending me back & forward for possible preeclampsia but again everything was “ fine “ as they say .

@Tasha the stressing out is totally me right now . I’m very paranoid everyday that something could be wrong because they don’t communicate well .

I would definitely reach out to the high risk doctor. Let them know if your concerns and say that you feel like they’re other doctors not really communicating much with you and you wanna know what’s going on. I know sometimes it’s not always that easy, but you have to advocate for yourself and for your little one. Before you call them, try to buy out a list of questions that you have and ask if they can clear these up and tell them that you just have concerns because you feel like you don’t really understand what’s going on Sometimes they just monitor things. But definitely ask them to go into more detail about what’s going on.
