@Hannah it's more on health anxiety, i guess. I feel like im not 100% all the time. And thinking something is wrong. I had my bloodwork done last time and was told it was fatigue.if i cant be feeling ok, i always think who's gonna look after my son.
I’d never been anxious before having a child, turned out my thyroid was out of control & that was a symptom. Def worth checking in with GP & going from there
i had horrific, crippling postpartum anxiety after having my son. he is 29 months now and it’s totally gone! PPA is very normal and real, make sure you have someone to talk to and seek support if it is not easing up. lots of love to you x
I see, honestly your best bet would be to go discuss with your GP. So many different things can cause anxiety and there’s so many different types of anxiety too. Your doctor should know you best to be able to help you figure it out and set up the best treatment plan.
If it's interfering with your life, it's PPA and it's time to talk to a doctor A low level of worry and stress is normal for every mum but if you are actually anxious all the time and it's interfering with your quality of life, it's not just "normal life anxiety" the emotion, it's Anxiety the diagnosis.
What exactly are you anxious about? Like, what are you feeling exactly? Because there are different types of anxiety I.e social, health etc.
