Sma comfort milk

So my 3 week old was recommended by my phn (public health nurse) to go on to sma comfort milk as he has colic. But i’ve noticed the milk isn't mixing properly. I make the bottles just as it says on the tin but they still are lumpy and not fully dissolved and lumps are a glue like consistency. Anyone else have this problem? Or know any solution?
