In terms of helping! My little girl has recently been trying so hard to crawl we’ve been helping by propping her into a crawl position. Also hello my baby sit up onto knees helps with learning to stand and building muscle. And just sitting baby up is helpful too! We found sitting her up in a way where she’s between our legs and can fall back on us helped her a lot :)
My baby can only roll in one direction and has only just started sitting. She doesn’t babble yet either. Don’t stress. You can contact your HV for advice if you feel that your baby is behind but honestly I wouldn’t worry x
Yeah don't stress over this! My girl didn't sit unassisted until around 8 months ish, maybe slightly earlier. She can almost crawl but not quite (she's 8.5 months now).
My baby can army crawl but can’t traditionally crawl. He doesn’t even get on his hands and knees. He can only pull to stand if he’s sitting and I hold his hands; he doesn’t pull up on anything. He can bear weight on his legs, but only for short periods, and he’s still a little wobbly. I’ve just accepted he’ll do it when he’s ready.
Don't worry mama!!! Babies develop at their own pace please don't compare!! Your baby is doing just fine!! Mine is 7.5m and he's only rolling. Still flops over when he sits, he's moving around but not crawling or standing etc. Your baby will pick things up when they're ready! Don't stress, you're doing an amazing job. Sending you love xxx
Some of these milestones are for 9-12 months so don’t stress!! My girl rolled and sat earlier and has 6 teeth, but can’t crawl, can’t walk, doesn’t wanna stand. And that’s fine!! My friends baby who’s 9 months doesn’t roll properly either atm but can’t walk stand up! Babies are so different, please don’t feel too stressed. Remember you can always go to your health visitor or GP if you’re ever worried baby is behind! But honestly it’s likely she will just one day decide to do one of these things and you’ll be like “where did you learn this slow down” 😂
