Nap transition
Anyone else transitioned to 1 nap? I skipped my boys second nap yesterday as he was refusing to go down before it was too late, put him to bed an hour earlier than normal and he slept through from 6:30-7:15am. Now I’m wondering if it’s a coincidence that he slept so well 🤣
My son dropped his second nap about a month ago, he has a lunchtime nap and then falls asleep about 8pm, he hates missing out on anything though he’s such a FOMO baby, so I take what I can get with him
