Formula bottle at night

I used to express for a night bottle but was advised not to by lactation consultant due to oversupply and fast flow. If you BF during the day but give 1 bottle of formula before bed time, how many ml do you prepare? I also continue BFing after this initial formula bottle whenever he wakes up. We give 120-150 ml but wonder if that may be too little at 4 months
