We have two one for this baby and one for our eldest. Love love love it! We got both secondhand, and even still are a bit pricy but worth it. With our first we got it around 5 months and used it as a highchair (no tray just brought it right up to table), and with this one we have been using it from birth with newborn attachment and she spends meals in it and also enjoys being in it when cooking/etx in the kitchen.
Wow I just looked at it and saw how much it is! Wat out of my price range!
It is expensive but you can get it second hand
We’ve just bought one, our LO is 3 months. Love it so far. It’s great quality, I wasn’t sure whether to buy the newborn attachment but have used it everyday. t’s great to put them down whilst you’re doing breakfast etc. the hanging attachment for the toy is also really useful. It also keeps him up high away from the dog. It’s spenny (you have to buy all the attachments separately) so unless money is no object I’d keep an eye out on Marketplace as they often come with all the extras. We’ve still got to buy the tray and it’ll be an extra £60.
@Lucia good point x
You can also find extras on Amazon for less... They won't be original but compatible
We had one we loves it as it goes right up to adulthood
We have the Hauck version for our 4 year old and it’s a great chair. He had the basic ikea chair as a baby though as it’s so easy to clean. We’ll reuse the ikea one for baby girl but once she’s too big for it we’ll buy a secondhand Tripp trapp or another Hauck!
We bought one second hand, we also got the newborn attachment so we bought it well in advance and use it all the time, mainly in the kitchen so he can watch us prepping dinner and things like that
