Was your baby latching correctly while you were Feeding? It could be nipple trauma. Or it could be a sign of mastitis, I had this not to long ago. Not that much but it was right after I Pumped. I don't think it was on correctly. But I think i also had slight mastitis too as my boobs were painful. I am not a doctor this is just what i find out while researching for when it happened to me. And what my mother told me too. If you are worried or it doesn't improve then please consult with your doctor.

If you had her on Monday then it could be mastitis if you have the symptoms/ your breasts are really sore as your milk would have come in around Thursday ish maybe.

I had some of this the day after my daughter was born. I think she’e given me a hickey or something from a poor latch. It only lasted a couple of feeds.

That is normal. I would personally not pump until the second month after your breasts are more healed. Right now it hurts but it’s temporary.
