Home bargains have a good range. I used rice this afternoon my girl just loves mess x

I do it with food because everything goes in his mouth atm

Yh same I do food aswell.. cooked spaghetti blended cheerios etc x

I do cornflour messy play and coloured rice, also got spaghetti to do and pasta, shaving foam xx

I got a tuff tray on Amazon, and I use everyday items, like crinkly paper, some bubble wrap, water based paint, whipped cream, pasta cooked in different shapes, cheerio sand, i got little pots and pans on vinted for tipping things out.
