Basically on the app you turn your points into vouchers, then search what you want to use your vouchers for, and it’s got really simple step by step instructions. Never had any issues doing it on the app.

What is it you’re wanting to get money off? I find it’s easier to manage in the clubcard app if you have that? I’ve used ours for the Aquarium and for a holiday at Butlins before.
