Bad Stomach (I think) Pain?
I have been having pain on my left side when trying to sleep under my ribs and at first I thought it was my kidney but I think it’s my stomach. Pepcid AC isn’t helping and it has gotten worse and now I have also a pain on my right side when breathing in deep. I’m thinking it may be my stomach and gallbladder?
It now hurts all the time when breathing in but just gets worse at night and in the middle of the night. Suggestions?
More like a gnawing burning pain and radiates to the back. Almost 19 weeks pregnant.

Could be gallbladder. I had the same problem during my pregnancy and just delivered in December and I’m just now finding out I have to get It removed. A gallbladder ultrasound should be able to tell.

Def call your OB to be sure but it sounds a lot like my rib ligament pain I have on both sides! Your ligaments under your ribs expand to make room for the growing baby in second trimester and I have been suffering with what you describe for awhile now. If it’s not coupled with other symptoms (headache, vision changes, swelling - preeclampsia) or (yellowing of the skin, nausea and vomiting - gallstones). Give them a call to be safe, but that’s definitely what it sounds like to me! Also, heartburn can add to that pain too. Sending you all the love! I’m 21 weeks so know what you’re going through.
