Honestly you can laugh along with me i don't mind lol I keep thinking I'd like to do a taster lesson on reform pilates as there is a centre near me that does it, However I feel like I'm too fat lol 😆 like I feel I'll be out of shape amongst the other skinny ladies etc etc lol let alone that fact I won't actually know what I'm doing LOL !! For reference I'm 5ft 4 and about 17st 5 over the years thankgod I've lost 6st with slimming world but I just want to try however also lack the confidence 😂

Do it. Or a yoga class. Yoga is misunderstood. It really means union of mind body and soul and just meditating counts as doing yoga. Anyone truly into it would not be judging any classmate or student for their body! Zumba is also really fun if you want something v body positive but admittedly much more energetic and less chill. Still ends up being relaxing afterwards when you're exhausted but less so during the class as its very upbeat and high energy

Reformer pilates has small classes so the teacher and you will work closely together and set targets that suit you. Try it. You're doing amazingly

everyone on a journey and it’s always brave trying new class. I was really scared trying Barry classes cause of the reasons you’ve given and after a few months of going I’m absolutely obsessed:) so be brave and go for it- anyone judging shouldn’t be there, I bet you’ll absolutely love it ❤️

Omg same, one has recently opened less than 5 mins from me and I’m dying to go but fee embarrassed I will stick out like a sore thumb.

I used to do pilates and I'm fat too. During the sessions though, I felt like it was more about core strength and I ended being quite good at it, so you may surprise yourself. I never felt judged, because its not about size. Also, watching yourself grow will be wonderful, so honestly, just do it! If it isn't for you, then you can always do something else. Others said Yoga.

Thankyou ladies , I'm not sure when as I have 2 babies under 3😂😂 but they've opened a zero gravity near me and I believe first session is free 😉 sooo when I feel ready I might pop along eeekkk!
