Hand flapping
I know it been posted a while back but at this age 18/19m is anyone toddler hand flapping? If so how often and isit just with big emotions and are you concerned about the hand flapping ?

I think a certain amount is normal, I think when it's constant it may be a sign of asd. But they're still so young! My nephew hand flapped at this age and now he is 2.5 years old and barely does it, he's talking etc xx
Mine does it mostly when he’s excited
My little girl was doing it I spoke to HV she come for a visit but she had stopped for a while 2 weeks after HV visit she’s doing it again when excited or upset she does it a couple times a day she don’t just sit there doing it like if we take something of her or ask her change her nappy and she doesn’t want it to she will say no and hand flap for few seconds x
