I say no and take it away, if shes upset and wants more ill try again but also offer teether/gel as it typically means her gums are hurting her. Took a few days to stop each time but she only does it when teething now, or when shes not actually hungry and just thinks its fun to bite and then ill obviously take it away
Recently experiencing this also with my little guy. He just turned 8 months yesterday and the biting started maybe last month? I asked my lactation consultant about it and advise could mean he's not interested in eating and just wants to see my reaction 🙃 lol she advised to make a "correction noise" , so I make sound like I'm clearing my throat if that makes sense lol that distracts him, he unlatches and then I remove him from breast to play or do something else. If he becomes fussy or cries we try to feed again.
I try to make her let go and say no bite, she'll cry but a few minutes later if she's still wanting it we'll try again, it worked with my first kid, she only did it a couple times till she noticed she didn't get it if she bit Just make sure nobody laughs or reacts much cause then they'll want to do it again My second kid only bites when he falls asleep and I just take him off and leave him alone
