Experience with switching to ocarro pram body from bassinet?

My boy is 14 weeks and still has about an inch and a half space in the bassinet for the mamas and papas ocarro. However, he now gets very frustrated not being able to see very much when he’s awake in the pram. I’ve been popping the hood down when appropriate so he can see a bit more but I don’t think this will entertain him very long. The pram body obviously can be used from newborn but has anybody used it with a child of a similar age and how did you/they find it?

i have been thinking the exact same thing recently. My boy is 12 weeks and I was also wondering about switching to the main pram so that he can see things more. we have the same pram set. as you say, you can use the main pram from birth, so I'm thinking maybe just give it a try one time and see how it goes. would be interested to hear people's thoughts who have been in this situation too though :)

We swapped at about 4.5-5 months, can’t remember exactly when and just had it in lie flat until she got more able to sit upright. We found that she outgrew the Ocarro bassinet quickly, not sure if they’re on the smaller side!

I swapped at 4 months and had it on semi recline until about 7 months. She hadn’t outgrown the bassinet but absolutely hated it 😂 I don’t like laying that pram completely flat as I feel it makes it ridiculously long so I waited till 4 months so I can have it on semi recline and only reclined fully when she was napping. Now at 9 months she sits upright and semi reclined when napping x

We swapped at 10.5/11 weeks and she was so ready for it, loved looking around and would quite happily sit in there whilst stationary in cafes etc. it was on the mid sit up level until she could sit up unassisted.

My girl was just under 3 months when we changed her

I have my 17 week old in the ocarro pushchair. He's been in the chair for maybe 4 weeks now as he is quite tall. He loves it so much!

My son is 17 weeks and we swapped a couple of weeks ago as he was getting frustrated in the bassinet. He is much happier now in the semi reclined position as he can look around a lot more x
