Potty training pants not working..

We have been potty raining since early December.. things have been up n down some brilliant days and some not so good When he's home in pj's with no pants on, he'll say I need a wee and pull his trousers down and wee Bare bum, we have absolutely no accidents My issue is that as soon as we leave the house with pants or he's at nursery, there are constant accidents.. I do take him to the toilet regularly, but if he doesn't wanna go, it's a kick-off, then ten mins later, we have an accident If we do time it right when out, it's big praises, but this has been going on for ages, and I'm just not seeing any progress Any tips or ideas, please send them my way ❤️
