Progynova under tongue?
Anyone been told by their clinic to take progynova under the tongue? I’ve been doing it but it just feels weird, like I’m not fully taking it in?!

Yeah you will have, think it gets absorbed into the blood vessels under the tongue xx

Yes I took it under the tongue, it takes ages to dissolve 😘
