Magnesium oil spray. Couple sprays on bottom of feet and legs before bed. Make sure to only spray 3-4 sprays each leg or it can cause a little irritation and itchiness. But 3-4 sprays really settles the legs right down. I can’t sleep without it
or magnesium tablets too, just i dont think your supposed to take them to often. also a heating pad on a low setting usually does wonders
