Kaiser Permanente Sucks :(

I just got an email from Kaiser Permanente, and they are no longer covering weight loss medications starting 3/1/25. Just my luck! I’m currently on Phentermine, and was planning to hopefully switch to a GLP-1 medication (Wegovy, Ozempic, etc.) as I’m still overweight, suffer from PCOS and pre-diabetes. I have the worst insurance to cover anything really. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I can get a GLP-1 medication or compounded as well that is not too expensive. I don’t have the financial means to afford those type of medications out of pocket. I went from 182 lbs. starting in June of last year to 159 lbs. to now. 🥲 BMI is still at 27.

Hi lovely. I’m actually a qualified weight loss coach and have a speciality in PCOS. I would love to chat more about how I can help you at a lower cost than medications which will help transform your life without the reliance of meds. Would you be open to a conversation about it? Xx

I'm partnered with a concierge telehealth company that offers compounded GLP-1s and other peptides. Feel free to send me a message and I can share the info with you! Also if you have any questions or want more education about peptides I can help with that as well ❤️
