Busy Bees Nursery

Hey alll x I’m looking to find anyone who’s LO currently goes to a Busy Bees Nursery anywhere in the UK. My LO has been at nursery with them for 4 months now but they have been really terrible at updating us in terms of developments/milestones/learning etc. For example when we started I was told there would be weekly & monthly updates written up and uploaded to the app detailing my son’s development. Unfortunately they haven’t done this and when I questioned them about it they uploaded all of his development/observations to the app in one go and backdated them to the supposed dates they happened 😞 So I’m basically getting updates on what he’s done two months after it’s happened which for a baby of 11 months old changes by the week! I’ve brought this up with his key worker and the manager a few times now but a month on nothing has changed and we’ve gone back to zero updates. We also hardly have any pictures uploaded to the app - lucky if we get one every few weeks. I would love to hear of other people’s experience of Busy Bees at different branches and how your journey has been so far, please comment below and I will dm you because I’m sure they are falling well below the normal busy bees standard and I want to take it further. Gone incognito incase the nursery staff are lurking on here 👀👀😂
