3.5 months! Wondering how long I should be keeping my her upright before trying, or just to deal with the spit up 🙈
Could you do tummy time before a bottle instead? X
Happens all the time with my son. He is a little refluxy so it could be the same or it might just be there her tummy is still a little full. Nothing to worry about though.
@Jules we do a little but we do a lot of play time after her feed as she’s in a much better playful mood. Before she’s just hungry 😂
Mine was always the same! Didnt do much tummy time to be honest in the end x
My little one is the same. But what we do is: I put her on my knees face down, leaving her belly slightly between the legs to avoid pressure on tummy and reflux. I give her books, toys, hey bear... plus helps with burping too, I massage her back, or I can eat😅

My little one is the same! I think it’s probably just a difference in digestive speed between babies and also the pressure that tummy time puts on their little tummies! How old is your little one? X
