Today’s “spa” was a shower, moisturiser, a new scar silicone patch, pore strip, lip mask, Pixi eye patches and a nap. Bliss.

Sounds lovely!!! It’s the little things 🤍🥹

@Bryony that sweet 90 mins whilst my toddler naps and my newborn is done feeding 😂 makes me feel human for a bit whilst I eat lunch and watch tv on my bed

I’ve introduced an ice stick in to my morning routine (sunny side skin) and it is heavenly, especially if we’ve had a rough night. Really wakes me up and I’ve noticed that my skin is a lot less blotchy/spotty which is a god send with the pp hormones flying around - would highly recommend as it literally takes 2/3 mins!

I’m 8 weeks and have only just done my makeup lol. Moisturiser, hair mask, got my nails done and drinking plenty of water has helped me feel better xxx

18mo pp and I've had no such thing 😂

Hey! I have C section booked for 26th Feb! I’m 38 weeks now and have put some bits in place to keep going after birth hopefully! May be optimistic… but have made a routine for myself which my partner encourages. I know not everyone has this luxury but it’s the small things I think that have really helped me! I have a short bath 3 times a week A meditation podcast (Meditation Mumma on Spotify) Do lavender oils on skin all over Spa music Candles Face mask My partner rubs my legs/ feet Fresh PJs Got a face massager which is lush too and I feel helps relax me. I religiously get my nails done every 3 weeks too much makes me so happy. Baby loves it as well I feel really chills me out. I also plan to dopamine dress when baby is here. I got a few new tops for first trips out with baby and I will try and do my makeup/ hair for the days I know I’ll be going out. May be wishful thinking trying to keep some of this but trying be positive this side of LO coming so can feel good. Xx
