yes, this is normal. your supply totally depends on the time of day, meals, your babies needs.

@Kavitha his only 3 month and eating 6 of breast milk n formal(depends on what's there of breast)

if your baby is combo feeding then maybe you want to try increasing your supply. i am guessing you are already doing 8 ppd, increase your calorie intake with protein rich foods and oat meal, garlic and other nutrient dense food that will help with upping your supply.

@Kavitha any good suggestions on some meals I can make so ik I'm getting enough ? I feel like I am but not at the same time

@Rhiannon I make overnight oats for an easy breakfast as well as meal prep things like shepherds pie and taco salad mix that I can just pop in the microwave for some midday protein and that has seemed to help give me a boost.

@Brittany okay thank you , do you have any snack ideas I can carry on me for work

@Rhiannon protein chips like Wilde Lactation cookies (made with oats brewers yeast and flax seed meal (Cheaper if you make them) Beef jerky Even little veggie trays with hummus or fruit trays for light snacking to keep your body fueled. Once I did that I noticed a huge difference. I hope this helps you keep it going 🙂

@Brittany thank you so much! I'll definitely try some of thous, currently I just have some nuts as a snack since it I saw some and like ooo that looks good

Nuts are great too!

@Brittany I'm just not sure what are things I should be eating that really helps out with my supply since this is my 1st time as a mom
