Speak three al home not always constant but he gets it. But he is also has a speech delay I really can’t tell if it’s because of the language or he just doesn’t put words together which is confusing because one is ASL and he can see what u say and say as well but not verbally 🤷♀️

I’m a developmental therapist and former prek - 1st teacher. I was an early childhood major with an English and a second language minor. Being bilingual or trilingual will not cause your child to have significant delays. Learning multiple languages is fantastic for your child’s brain and helps develop it more. If you have concerns for speech delay you can refer your child to the Early Intervention program and they can assess your child.
