You should sterilise it after every use, like you would a bottle

I was told by the midwife that you can just sterilise once a day (every 24 hours) if you keep the parts in the fridge between uses

I do twice a day

As far as I'm aware it should be after every use or once a day if you keep the parts in the fridge between uses as @Amy said

I wash after every use but sterilise once per day 😊 (that’s in the instructions for my pump) x
