I’m same, he’s still on 4 naps a day because he’s only napping 30min… the days he does longer naps we do 3 but that’s rare 😅
Mines on 3 but still has 3 - 4 hours day sleep xx
My baby has 4 x 30 min naps at 6.5 months! She wouldn’t survive with only 3!
My baby is 6 months …and if he wants one nap at day …he doesn’t want to sleep …
Okay phew glad I'm not the only one with a nearly 6 month old having 4 naps a day 😂 he used to have 2 hour naps until about 4 months so it's a shock, wondering if he will ever go back to long naps 😂
Mine was the same, but have recently gone back he will now have 1.5 independently in his cot sometimes 33 mins but during regression it was ONLY 33 mins xx
Sleep and nap routines helped me exstend the naps naturally xx
Mine has on a good day 2 1.5 hours naps and 1 30-45 min nap xx
@Amy we never went through the 4 month regression well not at night anyway so I absolutely cannot complain but was just wondering if 4 naps were a bit excessive at 6months old 😂 maybe one day he will just do longer naps again haha x
We have just moved to three and the odd day we have to have a 5/10 min Power Nap to get through until 7pm but it’s only just happened in the last week or so. But we are still only half hour naps, with the odd 13 min one thrown in too 😫. She’s fighting daytime sleep so much lately 🤷♀️🙈

If his naps suddenly changed you probably did go through the regression it effects all sleep xx
Get yourself a solid nap routine you’ll be able to extend the naps this way xx
@Amy we have a nap routine. We come up, change nappy, shut curtains and blinds, put white noise on, read a story and nap. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference haha xx
My baby loves to nap and she probably does like 4 times a day as well
