Duvet and sleeping bag
Do any of your little ones sleep with a duvet and sleeping bag or do you just use one or the other? My girls been sleeping with the sleeping bag only but wakes up most nights so I’m wondering it is safe to use both. She has a duvet but it sits at the end of her bed and doesn’t get used.

We use a duvet with a blanket underneath x

Yes. I've always put a blanket/duvet over the sleeping bag as her room gets quite chilly. I've only just taken off the sides of her cot so no sleeping bag now but double PJ's and a blanket but she moves a lot during her sleep so ends up kicking everything off. I think guidance for duvets and pillows was just not to use before 1 years.
