Hey! I’m sort of big on nighttime routine.. we do sponge bath and baths once or twice per week, we play soothing music, can be a piano or soft jazz, something relaxing while cleaning baby, then massage with lotion, diaper and pj’s.. then you can place baby in the crib or bassinet offer a paci, keep the music playing low and shut the lights and set the hatch on with red light, white or brown noise, follow with a nice feeding, offer maybe one more oz than usual. Burp and rock to sleep. Have the song in the background it sets the mood and baby knows that is time to sleep. Took us about three weeks almost a month to train him fully but now he sleeps through the night. 😊
