Screaming non-stop

Anyone else? Daughter’s or son’s at 17 months reach the screaming and tantrum phase. I find it hard with my daughter she screams at everything but she hardly knows any words, so it is like a guessing game for me to see what she wants She can get frustrated because her screaming gets louder and sometimes throws herself on the floor. Does anybody know any good tips to help xx

We are 17 months and in the pits of it. Screaming for everything, tantrumming when he can’t have something. No tips but hope someone has some for us 🤣 xxxx

@Katie lol i hope their is some tip because my daughter screaming actually goes through me xxxx

Me too!!! Feel like he’s going to burst my ear drum 🤣🤣 xxxxx

@Katie At least it not just my child too 😂😂xxxx

I saw this video just the other day where it said whispering can help?? I don’t remember the logistics of it 🤣 but it’s helped me a couple of the times where my twins will refocus in on what I’m saying. Plus I’ve been trying to teach them to take deep breaths in and out. And sometimes I make it a little silly and that’s starting to help as they’re learning what it means slowly I guess?? Otherwise I’ve been just trying to go through my normal list. Poop? Nope lol. Food? Just ate… Teething? Not for now… Toy got taken by their brother? Check lol. I just try to distract them most of the time tho. Idk if this is much advice to go off of but it’s been working so far as my twins have started tantrums 😩
