Double pram

I am due my second baby in July and we are thinking of getting the cybex gazelle s My toddler still sits in the pushchair now but does want to get out more when we are in shops etc. but when I don’t take the pushchair he just wants to get picked up. My question is has anyone had a cybex gazelle s with a 2 year old and baby and did it last long with the toddler? Or does anyone have any other suggestions for a double pushchair preferably one that isn’t side to side

I know you said not side by side but we got the bugaboo donkey because my little boy is 11.8kg and the tandem ones only go up to 15kg so thought it wouldn’t last as long and it might feel heavy/flimsy. We love the bugaboo

We have the uppababy vista v2 as it seemed to be the best option when purchasing with the idea of it being a tandem buggy at some point

@Natalya I second this! As a nanny who’s used a variety of doubles and even triple pushchairs, the bugaboo donkey is by FAR my favourite. Was always such an easy push/ glided nicely & is definitely better for children who are higher centiles as I always found the tandem ones seemed to bounce and just gave me massive anxiety to push, also the tandems were a LOT harder to get up curbs etc because you have to have more weight behind the pram. Bugaboo donkey also can be reduced to a smaller frame if the older one wanted to walk which means it’s more like a single buggy. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Xx
