I did briefly, met quite a few women who were nice but we didn’t click. But I met one who is one of my closest friends now. We met before children and now have two kids the same age as each other 🤣 so worth it for that rare find! But like anything, you got to put in the work
I’ve met 14 off here in the last 3.5yrs I’ve been on here, keep in contact w 6-7 of them, the other half was just that one meet. What’s most successful for me though (more than peanut) is my local FB making women friends group- because they do local meetups monthly it’s up to me if I wanna turn up or not. And lots of women (not all mums) doing single posts and introducing themselves, or asking someone to go to a specific event w them (which I have no social anxiety so I put my hand up a couple times to go with them) Peanut does work. As does Bumble as does local FB groups, but we have to be willing to put in the work nomatter what app/group. The thing I love about the FB group is all the women on there are willing to meet and make friends, that’s their goal when joining…this app, you have to weed out the ones that are just here for the polls and pods.
I have, a few I met up with faded away but theres 1 girl I still chat to regularly and we meet up for food or pottery class or something every month or 2 :)
Met two of my best friends when I was travel nursing in Florida!!!! Really helped me I thought this app would kinda be the same.
I have and I’ve had a few meetups One chick is supposed to come join my hiking group tomorrow so we’ll see And another lady we realized we were both at the same concert with our kids over the summer and that was just a cool connection our schedules have been crazy but I’m confident we’re going to actually link up But I say all of this to say I’ve had a easier time connecting with people with common interests that live closer than I have on peanut the moms I tend to connect with don’t live anywhere close to me
