Confessions of an anxious momma
Omg. Sometimes I can barely stand the noises my infant makes at night. Is she awake, is she asleep, does she need me, is this normal, did I burp her enough. It's never ending.
Anyone else?

I am the same way 😭 I’m like is she waking up?? It’s hard for me to finally rest and feel like I can sleep too because I think she’s about to wake up but I heard that sometimes it seems they’re awake but they are full on sleeping and babies make lots of movements and sounds in their sleep
